  They need to work on their service. Also they never answer phone calls. I literally waited in vain 17 minutes for them to answer a call. They I tried at different hours throughout the day and again, no answer. Another issue is the auto center hours. The hours are not posted outside the store or anywhere else, nor is mentioned when you call the store. I waited outside the auto center (it is first come first serve) thinking it will open at 0600 like the main store but that was not the case...simple things they can do, like post the different opening hours for their various department would be great.

  Got here at 9am to get tires changed. My truck was finally placed on the lift at 12pm. It then took an hour and a half to just change 4 tires... Most of the garage staff was on their phones most of the time or just walking around. Really delaying everyone who wanted to get any services done. Really displaying a whole other level inadequacy and mediocrity. Never again. Really worth just paying the extra money elsewhere, getting it done in an hour tops and avoiding a whole day of frustration.
